Creating schedules

In this article, you'll learn how to create schedules to automate tasks on your server at specific time intervals.

To get started, head to "Schedules" on the sidebar menu of Andromeda.

Create a new schedule. Enter its name, and how often the schedule should run. You can use Cronjob syntax for this (select "Show Cheatsheet" for examples).

Once created, you can click on the schedule to edit it. You can create unlimited tasks per schedule, which can be either commands or power actions (e.g. stop, create backup etc.). Choose from a selection of additional options in relation to the task.

Your schedule is now ready and will run as configured.

We also have a library of pre-defined schedules which you can import, rather than creating your own. Simply navigate to "Schedules" and click "Library". A menu will now appear where you can select a schedule to import. To import the schedule, click "Import".
