Reinstalling the OS

Upon ordering a dedicated server for the first time, you'll be able to select the initial operating system (OS) to be installed. However, should you decide to change this, you're able to reinstall the server.

To retrieve this login information, first navigate to the Dedicated Panel and click "Overview".

Next, click "Reinstallation" below your server information.

A dropdown menu will now appear, where you're able to select the OS that the server should be reinstalled with. Simply do this and then confirm that you wish to proceed.

Your server will now begin the reinstallation process.

Once you confirm the reinstallation, it cannot be cancelled. Your system data will be irreversibly deleted, so proceed with caution.
