Suspended services

If your service is under the "Suspended" status, it means that something has gone wrong. It depends on the circumstance. In most cases, When your service is "Suspended", it means that payments haven't been successful. Please double check the invoice for the server.

To reactivate your service, simply pay the latest invoice which will be overdue.

In some cases, services may be manually suspended by our team, due to abuse of the service or for other reasons. Please reach out to us if this is the case.
