Requesting a refund

You are able to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a service, as part of our moneyback guarantee. Please review our Terms of Service prior to requesting a refund.

Firstly, navigate to the Client Area and click on "Open Ticket". Open a billing support ticket and explain the reason for your refund request. Our team will then process the refund.
