Creating sub-accounts

Creating sub-accounts for the Client Area is useful if you have a team working together quickly and efficiently or if you are allowing a friend to help manage the service.

To get started, click "Hello, <Your Name>" in the top right of the Client Area. From the dropdown menu, Click "User Management".

Next, enter the user's email and set the permissions. You are able to either give them all the permissions or set specific permissions. Once complete, Click "Send Invite".

The user has now been invited. The invite is set as "Pending". The user will receive an email regarding the addition to the account as a subuser.

Please note that the user must already have an account registered with us.
