Support requests

In this article, you'll learn how to manage support requests through our support system.

When we need to access your server (after you contact us to ask for support), we'll send a support request.

Firstly, navigate to Andromeda and select "Support" on the sidebar menu.

You can now view active requests, and choose to accept (or deny) them.
