Service stuck as pending

When viewing your service within the Client Area, it may appear as "Pending" rather than "Active". This mainly applies to Dedicated Hosting orders exclusively, however it may happen on other services as well.

Dedicated Hosting orders will need to be manually provisioned by us (ETA 1-5 business days) and will always go into a pending state following purchase. If this has happened on a different service, please reach out to us for more information.
